My RBR has ridiculous ping after 12. update
Has this happen to anybody else where the ping is so high on the rbr but the satellites have the correct ping ? my speed test is terrible on the main router but on the satellites its ok, this happens after the new update.

How are you testing pings? Ethernet or wireless?
What pings values are you seeing?
How many devices are connected to the system in total?

Is this tested on a ethernet PC or wireless?
What brand and model# ISP modem or ONT is the RBR connected too?
Is IPv6 enabled?
Any features enabled like Armor or SPC?
What is CAT# LAN cable between the RBR and ISP modem/ONT?
Same thing seen with ethernet PC directly connected to the ISP modem/ONT?

Here is a speed test directly from the orbi app

Seems to be getting to spec speeds with Orbi app thru the RBR...

Thanks for taking the time to record and post the Speed Test results from the router. This does seem to indicate that the issue is related to the WiFi connection of this specific device.
Some cell phones report the "Link Rate" of their WiFi connection. The Orbi 'app' Device Manager also reports it.

No disrespect but I've wrote all of them in previous post above. But let's say it again.
1 I have reset the RBR
2 I have loaded over the firmware
3 I have turned off all additions like armour

NG implemented AUTO channelization on these routers on v12 FW I believe, especially on 5Ghz which had not supported Auto settings for 5Ghz. It did for 2.4Ghz.
I've always used manual channels on my systems due to nieghboring wifi signals and keep them from interfering. Channels 1 and 40 here. And sometimes the Auto channelization routine doesn't pick what channels should be used on 2.4Ghz which are primary channels of 1, 6 or 11, or 13 outside of the NA region.
I have not seen any issues with my Mac Book Pro 2018 on these systems using the above configuration.
Reason for asking about region is that NG has separate regional FW support for these units. NA has specific policies vs EU and all other regions. NG released a NA ONLY regional FW update. While the other regions, FW is still being tested and hoping for next release will be for ALL Regions. Will check to see if your region will be included in the NA region or otherwise.
Where did you purchase the system from?
Glad NG support helped with this one item.

Update so after working with Netgear on the issue they change the channel to 2.4ghz 11 and the 5ghz 44 this seems to fix the issue on the Mac book. where in I notice the Mac book start connecting and giving the correct speed but I notice it never fix the issue on the google pixel 10 pro xl. the same speed issue is happening on the phone, this is really confusing.
