Puzzling access to an "old" ReadyNAS Ultra 2
Hi everybody, I am currently facing an issue with my "old" ReadyNAS Ultra 2 (bought in 2012...) that so far worked well and where I backed-up a while ago (i.e. 3 years ago or so...), valuable fil...

Thank you so much for the advice that prove highly valuable !
I just went to "https://community.netgear.com/t5/ReadyNAS-Network-Storage/ct-p/readynas", as suggested.
I found a post that sounds like being related to my issues : "Cannot access shares via Windows Explorer (Readynas Ultra2)"
And then reading the way things were fixed, I saw that I could (should in fact) investigate whether "SMB1" was checked as a feature of INDOWS or not.
Guesse what, it was unchecked...
Ultimately, after checking and reboot of the Pc... every thing is now fixed. I have just finished a back-up of additional files on my ReadyNAS Ultra 2.

Aha. That one. It also applies to people who use ReadySHARE to attach USB drives to routers.
