I understand you want to replace 2 1TB by 2 2TB hdds in your raid1. If that is not correct, please do not apply suggested steps.

If it is correct, in that case replace the disks one by one:

    (1) Take out first 1TB and insert first 2TB hdd to the same slot

    (2) resync will take place automatically; wait until it is finished, it might take some time; you will not see an increase of diskspace at the end of the process.

    (3) Take out second 1TB and insert second 2TB  hdd to the same slot

    (4) Step (2) is repeated, but at the end you should see a raid1 with 2TB available diskspace

Your below advice is perfectly OK:

One more query: [(1) Take out first 1TB and insert first 2TB hdd to the same slot]

          >>> Am i replace the HDD in the RadyNAS on status?

You replace the disks with the system running.
