Raidar 6.5 won't launch on Mac with M1 Apple Silicon
When I try to run the current version of raidar I find at https://kb.netgear.com/20684/ReadyNAS-Downloads#raidar it fails on my MacBook pro M1 running macOS Ventura (13.0.1) I want to connect to my ReadyNAS 628 which I bought on 9/09/2020 so a bit more than 2 years ago. I see that it appears to have been end of life on 2/1/2021 just a few months after I bought it!
Is raidar actually dead for Mac M1 Users?

You would need Rosetta and Java installed to run RAIDar. It runs for me, but I upgraded from a previous version of OS X. Whilst RAIDar is a useful discovery tool, you do not need RAIDar to use the device.
You can view the IP address on the display on the RN628

Haya, I have created a step-by-step to resolve TLS issues with modern browsers and a solution to run RAIDar on Apple silicon Macs:
