RAIDiator supported disks

I cannot find what disk drives the ReadyNAS RAIDiator 2-bay Desktop Storage System supports. PATA? SATA? (I assume SATA) Maximum capacity per drive?

And can I set it so that a user can access the storage WITHOUT login credentials?

I want to use it for multimedia storage with our not overly 'smart' Television.

We need to know more precisely what you have. Possibilities include

    • ReadyNAS Duo
    • ReadyNAS Duo v2
    • ReadyNAS Ultra 2
    • ReadyNAS Pro 2
    • RN102
    • RN202
    • RN212
    • RN312
    • RN422

There is a utility called RAIDar that will help with that.

If you can log into the admin web ui of the NAS, you will also see the model information and firmware version there. Please post both.
