Likely not. They have little inventory, as the product was discontinued a long time ago. Here are other options.
- If you are willing to modify the pinout of a standard supply, it is possible to purchase one that fits your unit. The pinout change is here: https://www.readynas.com/download/archive/pdf/ReadyNAS_PSU_pinout.pdf
- You'd need at least three drives mounted in a PC running linux to access your data. You can mount them with USB. There's a guide here: http://home.bott.ca/webserver/?p=306
- You can also get a new OS 6 NAS. Support can help you temporarily mount your volume, then you can copy off the data. There might be a charge. https://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/29876
