readycloud app not backing media

everything was working just fine i did new update on iphone 6 and now my media wont backup on the phone app i get uploading but it stays stuck and wont copy the photos

I am having the exact same issue. I am using an ipad with the latest ios version 11.2.1 and using the latest readycloud app. When I enable media backup and choose my folder, it says "uploading 60 files" and shows a status bar that just hangs and it doesn't upload. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Very frustrating. I have a Nighthawk R7000 router with a USB harddrive. Readycloud works fine from a web browser.

No seems to be able to help here
I called netgear and payed for 85.00 for tech support and they had no clue either
I guess i will have to go a different route

  Resilio sync might be one option, though sometimes it resists folder and file deletions.

  Would you be able to try and reinstall the ReadyCloud app and try to backup media.

    i just did and no backup i actually have reinstalled rebooted phone and nothing

    I payed for customer support but they had no clue how to fix this issue
    I got a new iphone x and still having same issue
