ReadyCloud sync
My business is running a ReadyNAS. One person works on the same network as the ReadyNAS and accesses it directly. I work remotely and sync with ReadyCLOUD.
In order to avoid file conflicts would it be better to have both PC (local and remote) sync to the NAS using ReadyCLOUD versus one with direct access over the local network?

I don't think that matters.
But you likely will run into issues if the other person is changing files in the same directory you are syncing. If that's the case then It'd be better not to sync (and just access folders with the ReadyCloud VPN).
