readynas 102 Backup: Error backup job backupArhive: Destination is read-only or files/folders could

Pleas for help readynas 102 job backup error ( 1y work normaly )

logs:

Mon Jan 22 2018 20:14:42 Backup: Error backup job backupArhive: Destination is read-only or files/folders could not be created. Check if these files or folders meet the destination file system limitation.
Mon Jan 22 2018 0:00:32 Snapshot: Snapshot c_1516572027 was successfully created for share or LUN serverE.
Sun Jan 21 2018 20:12:48 Backup: Successfully completed backup job backupArhive.

 

 

no logs into backup job

current firmware version is 6.9.2

job source is winodws server samba

job Destination is local folder in nas

I rename current local folder and create new in same name

problem is same

    Welcome to the Community!

     

    Can you verify that the Destination folder has read/write access, or the account you are using to access it has write access. You may want to try to reset the permissions of that folder.

     

    You may want to check if there are files or folders that has been added which has a long filename that might exceed 250 characters including the complete path e.g (C:\Program Files\filename.txt)
