readynas 102 serial number none0002000000 why!!!!!!
i got my readynas from ebay and it has the serial number in the back but on the readycloud web interface it says none0002000000. please help i want to fix this also i try to register it and it says se...
So basically I can use everything on the box I just can't get support for it I will have to look for the answers online
The warranty is for the original purchaser only.
Regarding the serial number not showing up in the web admin UI and ReadyCLOUD not working as a result I have sent you a PM.
