readynas 102 serial number none0002000000 why!!!!!!
i got my readynas from ebay and it has the serial number in the back but on the readycloud web interface it says none0002000000. please help i want to fix this also i try to register it and it says se...
I can't connect.
Can you boot the NAS to tech support mode (http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/22892/~/how-do-i-access-the-boot-menu-on-my-readynas-102,-202,-212-or-312%3F) and let me know the 5-digit number that you then get?
the nas is on and i went to support and it gave me the number i sent you
