Did you get a resolution to this? I'm having a similar problem. It's not a "lost" password. I know exactly what the password is, but, it's being rejected (Chrome, FireFox, Safari and IE). This happened before, and it happened when I tried to activate ready cloud. Totally tanked the admin section, and I cannot do any administration. Second time through, same thing. Fire up ready cloud, and admin is toast.
Having copied data off, rebuilt and reloaded because of this, I'm in no mood to do that again. I'm really hoping you found a way in.
I've had it about a month, so I'm going to RMA it, if I can't find a solution.
