ReadyNAS 104 cannot connect the esata disk

I have the ReadyNAS 104, and i try to connect the esata on it. however in the system, i cannot find that disk, and the esata disk is working fine on my computer. it is formatted and has data. the usb device is working fine. is any instruction for it?

    Hi RichardFeng,

     

    Try to run the Windows disk-error checking tool in your eSATA drive. After that, ensure the ReadyNAS is running the latest Beta Firmware before plugging it in. If it still won't work, try other external USB storage devices that can be connected through USB and see if it works.
