The problem here is that you need at least 2 disks that are in the array in order to mount it.
That requires using disk 2+3 for booting in the NAS, which didn't start. The RAID assembled, but there were BTRFS errors in the log.
If that doesn't mount read-only, then the best option is to use RAID recovery software in a Windows PC (ReclaiMe or possibly UFS explorer).

Thx, I've managed to start in read only.
Nas is flashing data degraded but most data files are readable.
Backup in progress!
