Readynas 104 problem?over 24 hours in booting ...
I bought readynas104 and the first time I try to start and takes more than 24 hours in "booting " ... is not normal ... no more let me go ... I have entered 3 hard drives ( 2x3tb and 4tb 1 ) . I have read that some people unable to start with " factory default " that is correct ? I have to do? One of the disks was used in my previous readynas format ... but there may be some partition ? Someone explain to me step by step how to make it work ... I thank you very much
You will need to do a factory reset (wipes all data, settings, everything).
The procedure is described here: http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/22891/~/how-do-i-access-the-boot-menu-on-my-readynas-104,-204,-214,-or-314%3FWelcome to the community

Yes a factory reset wipes the hard drives.
If this does not resolve it you could try hooking the disks up to your PC, deleting the partitions off the disks, then putting the disks back in the NAS and trying another factory reset.
- go back to 6.4.0 and disable AV!
