The logs are not as useful if the USB/eSATA disk is not connected at the time you download the logs. Please connect the USB disk and download the logs whilst it is connected and send those in.

I emailed you four logs that were dumpted while the backup drive was in the two back and one front USB ports as well as in the eSATA port.

Hi Jordan,
I didn't receive those new sets of logs. Can you send them in separate emails. Perhaps all together they are too big for our server.
