Still stuck on Admin login after firmware update, could I get some advise/help / solution please thank u

Backup of data is made... I reset the nas to factory settings yesterday (Wednesday) and it is stil running...
It says on the display Resync data:.. % see screenshot.
Am waiting to let it finish... Once finished I'll try to accès it... I keep u posted

Did you try rebooting the NAS?
What was the firmware before the update, and what were you updating to? I'm asking because there are some intermediate updates needed if the firmware on the NAS was very old.

I upgraded firmware and now I can't log in no more in my ReadyNas... I have ss and will post it.
