Still stuck on Admin login after firmware update, could I get some advise/help / solution please thank u

Backup of data is made... I reset the nas to factory settings yesterday (Wednesday) and it is stil running...
It says on the display Resync data:.. % see screenshot.
Am waiting to let it finish... Once finished I'll try to accès it... I keep u posted
Yes, i shut it down, restarted it a few times, no effect. i was updating firmware ...
actual firmware version is 6.7.5 ... thats when it all started
It is important to know what you were updating from, as there are a couple of intermediate steps that have to be done if you are updating from old enough software.
Have you tried removing the drives to see what RAIDar reports then?

disk drives (not drivers).
He is suggesting that you install RAIDar on the PC:
Then power down the NAS, and remove the disk drives (best to label by slot as you remove them).
Power up the NAS, and see what status RAIDar gives you. Post a screen shot of what you see.
