ReadyNas 104
I am able to browse my Nas inside my network, but not able to check for updates. Please see pic below. It says: Cannot Connect. Communication error. Check your Internet connection, DNS Settings...
Still an issue for me on 2025-03-06@10:26 AM NY time. Thanks to those who've already contributed. I hope that someone from Netgear would provide official word of what's happening, other than, "That 104 product is EOL so you're on your own."
Provide a fix or a direct statement that no other updates will happen so stop trying, or something similar. It's sloppy and creates excessive uncertainty for long time Netgear customers to have it spitting an error each time you click the "CHECK for UPDATE" link.
I respectfully request that Netgear provide some official word. Thanks in advance for any official info!
