You have a quite good deal on the RN314 (selling a bit less than Amazon US if you use google's current exchange rate). So definitely go with the RN314.

In the US, amazon is selling the RN204 for $500 (list price), and the RN314 for $550 (discounted $100). Not sure why they aren't discounting the RN200s.
