Just to update, looked back in the logs, and saw it took 12 hours to rebuild the raid.
I have 2 6TB WD drives currently installed.

Is that good or bad? It seems like a reasonable speed to me.

So far I'm quite impressed with the 204. Its quite zippy, and linux command line apps are zippy enough.
I currently have it running:

    * DHCP server
    * DNS server
    * Print Server
    * OneDrive-d
    * Transmission
    * Plex

Doesn't seem to slow down from running all that stuff so far, and memory usage remains low.
The onedrive-d daemon seems to create a lot of disk activity which I'm currently investigating but its great.

Current issues:

ReadyDLNA seems to disconnect with samsung smartTV after a while. Not sure why. Plex is simply amazing, although my girlfriend claims it disconnected. I have to see that happen.
