readyNas 2100 FTP issues

I have the 2100 series and have updated it to version 4.2.30

FTP no longer works properly.  I can connect to the FTP share as the administrator but not as any other user.

It is setup in a domain and I can see the users all listed, but when I try to connect as any of them I get 'Login incorrect'.  I have tried everything I can think of but nothing is working.

Any ideas?

Thanks

    Hello RDunkley,

Are you trying this locally? Perhaps try re-configuring the FTP permission of one share and/or add a new user to test. Please post the things you have also tried.

    Welcome to the community!

        Does SMB work?

I will try a local user, but NONE of the domain user credentials work.

When I first open the connection I see warnings:

        500 AUTH not understood

KERBEROS_V4 rejected as an authentication type
