ReadyNAS 214 Unable to register - site says it has already been registered by a support representati

Hi&nbsp;I am having trouble registering my ReadyNAS 214 that I purchased yesterday and recieved today. &nbsp;When I put the serial number in the registration website, it says "This Serial number has already been registered in our system by a support representative"...?? &nbsp;How do I register my new device??&nbsp;Thanks

Is it second hand? You can't re-register a NETGEAR devIce.

You need to contact NETGEAR Support about this.

You can also open a case online from your MyNETGEAR account. Choose "i need help buying a product" or something like that, and expose your problem with the registration.
