ReadyNAS 214 Unable to register - site says it has already been registered by a support representati
Hi
I am having trouble registering my ReadyNAS 214 that I purchased yesterday and recieved today. When I put the serial number in the registration website, it says "This Serial number has already been registered in our system by a support representative"...?? How do I register my new device??

Is it second hand? You can't re-register a NETGEAR devIce.
