We were able to successfully migrate the HDDs to another RN312.
The cause of our difficulties the first time was, after accessing via Raidar we did some intial setup, setting the original IP address, etc., in the setup wizard that opens automatically. That made it inaccessible though.
When we tried again and cancelled the setup wizard in Raidar, we were able to access it no problem.
