readynas 312 backup light on constantly

Power issue in the building, NAS restarted but does not boot. Fan, power light and backup light on constantly.  Removed the hard drives, power on and everything is the same.  Can't access via browser...

Did you try using RAIDar with the NAS powered up, but no disks installed?
