Welcome to the community!
Do you have RAIDar installed in your PC? Use it to detect your ReadyNAS Ultra 4 in your network. If it sees it, try to check if you can access the admin page. If not, check you local network connection and tell us the LED pattern or LCD status on the front panel.

Thank you the answer :
1. RAIDar installed on a computer finds ReadyNAS and shows all diodes on in green,
2. From the computer I unite to the device as admin, as if all OK, volumes it is visible {apparently}, however I cannot record no changes of the configuration, simply they do not enter .
3. Ping to the device acts {works},
4. On the device the panel shows the address ip and the quantity of the vacant seat on disks, that is OK.
5. From the level Exploratora Windows of the device it is not visible {apparently}, what I additionally suppose is a result of the lack of the service making available resources for the system WindowsI greet

It is possible that you have a filling OS partition. If you have ssh enabled, you can check for that. If not, it is something support can easily fix - ask about per-incident support.
Another option (if you have a full backup) is to do a factory reset of the NAS. Then you'd rebuild it, and reload all the data from the backup.
