Readynas 4200 and SMC1000-2U APC UPS

Does anyone know if theses two are compatable?  I had a SUA1000rm2U, but it's been discontinued and this seemed to be the closest match.

    Just wanted to let the group know that I did end up getting this APC model and it worked just fine.
