ReadyNAS 4200 Inactive Disk
Hello,
I have a ReadyNAS 4200 purchased in 2013 and this week Disk 12 has been sending us the following error message: "Detected increasing ATA errors on disk 12 [ST32000644NS, 9WM4YBDC] 135 times in the past 30 days." This often indicates an impending failure . Please be prepared to replace this disk to maintain data redundancy "
On Thursday we changed that disk, but I do not know because since that day the disk appears inactive and there are several disks now that give the same error that was before the disk 12. Any help how I can activate the disk 12?

What firmware are you running, and what RAID mode do you use?
