ReadyNAS 424 All Lights Blinking (front panel cross and drive lights)
What does it mean when all the lights are blinking on your ReadyNAS 424? I had to pull the power plug to reboot. It rebooted fine buy I had no connection to use the website to reboot and the button inside the front panel did nothing? Is there something wrong that I need to worry about? (Note - I tried searching the forums first before asking the question, but whatever search term I put in, I got an error)

Have you checked RAIDar for the status of the NAS? Can you download the logs from RAIDar and send it to us through PM?
Regards
- TheDoctor165AspirantI will try to download the files when I can. I have been pretty busy. But I have visually reviewed them for around the date it must have happened and see nothing of note. We did have several power company brown outs for that period that wrecked havoc with other electronics but it seems to be working ok since the reboot. I was just worried it was some kind or error indication I should not ignore on the long run.

I tried replying to your message with the logs (they downloaded from the admin page in a zip file), but the reply application won't accept a zip file. I tried PMing you by clicking on your name but the PM reply has no file attachment mechanism. I also searched my ReadyNAS page for RAIDar but found nothing. Sorry, but could you give me more detailed instructions or a link to them?

You put the zip in cloud storage (google drive, dropbox, etc), and send a link in the PM. That avoids the need for any attachments.
