ReadyNAS 424 canot access network shares from Windows 11 23H2
This started happening all of a sudden - i blame windows updates Windows version 23H2 How can i fix it?
I'm using IP address (have been accessing the shares on the NAS the same way for years)
I've manually entered known good credentials and it does not connect
Do these steps work?
- Open CMD and enter
- net use * /d /y
- net use t: \\nas-ip-address\data /u:admin nas-admin-password
using the real NAS IP address and admin password.
This should mount the NAS data volume as drive letter T.
Note if you use FlexRAID you'll need to change data to your actual volume name.
This often works for ReadySHARE USB storage.
