ReadyNAS 4360, 10G SFP+- Cannot access data - inactive volumes

Hi, I'm in trouble. My ReadyNAS had a problem  but Windows  won't read the data. Logged into the NAS via the web interface, ReadyNAS reports it is healthy, but the drives are all in Red.
