ReadyNAS and Google Home Router
I am unable to recover my password. Whenever I try is Recovery Failed. Is this a Netgear account issue or hadware issue.
I'm using Google home router mesh system.

Welcome to the Community!
Are you trying to recover the admin password of your ReadyNAS device? If yes, you can try doing an OS re-install. This will reset some settings on your NAS, such as Internet protocol settings and the administrator password, to defaults.
You may check this article for the steps on how to access the boot menu and select OS re-install.

I re-installed the OS successfuly using your instructions.
However I am still unable to recover my Admin password and all attempts to remember my password have failed.
Whenever I fill out the Recover password page with my email address and the answer to my known security question, the recoevry fails.

I also tried to use the default admin and password settings but that too did not work.
