This still seems to be the right link as documented at https://kb.netgear.com/000038517/Why-can-t-I-access-my-ReadyNAS-system-using-ReadyCLOUDhowever it does not work.
For router users, ReadyCLOUD is no more.
Support for ReadyCLOUD feature ends spring 2023 | Answer | NETGEAR Support
It also seems to apply to ReadyNAS.
