I don't have any issue with Netgear suspending problem drives from the HCL list although I feel this issue should have been discovered before their addition to the list but I do have a problem with support being pulled for those of us that bought these drives while they were on the list.
If Netgear doesn't stand by their own list then it really is pointless.
