Another potential candidate for the ReadyNAS Duo compatible memory list:
PNY 1GB PC2700 333MHz DDR SODIMM, Part No. MN1024SD1-333

I bought a stick a few days ago, have run the memory test (OK) and have been testing throughput - so far not a single glitch.
Not my first choice for memory, but time was against me and I happened to be in a local Best Buy :o
If I notice any problems I'll repost.
