Yes. Testing takes time and costs money, and when you have a fixed testing budget, it's completely reasonable not to spend resources testing a product you no longer sell. Hence my request.

Guys, do think it likely that Netgear decided to test these drives only on the x86 NAS?
Apparently you're not familiar with the Seagate ES.2 SN04 issues, originally reported in this thread, documented as fixed in this beta, and still evident in HCL entries with the comment "RAIDiator 4.01+ required if Seagate firmware is SN03 or SN04".
As far as I'm aware Netgear doesn't publish any information on drives known NOT to work - that would be a political minefield with the drive suppliers.
So, yes, if they had tested it and it didn't work, I'd expect them to let their customers know.
