A DIN-rail mount is a kind of industry standard for mounting electrical/electronic units. It is alo used in residential environemnts for for mounting fuses, breakers, RC:s, etc. Basically replacing traditional fuse boxes. My intention is to have the UPS mounted there, as there is simply no room for a traditional UPS (desktop style?) wher I will have my NAS, patchpanel, ADSL, WLAN, etc. located. I think this is a Euopean standard ...
