No not really, it is different; the devics are quite small (physical size) and does not have the depth as a 19" unit. On a DIN-rail you count units, and one of these devices takes up a number of units, whereas a fuse (auto) takes up one unit (small, narrow).
Check out this image, it give a fairly good view of how DIN-mounted devices looks like, with four devices each taking a unit each:
