Thank you for your advice, but the RED WD are way more expensive, and since I want to buy 4 of those (2x2Go for the NAS, 2x1Go for the main PC) it quickly adds up... However, after checking on the Internet about this, WD does indeed warn against RAID usage of Green HDDs. I read elswhere it works fine, but in the end the warranty won't apply if WD knows you've been RAIDing the disks. Bummer.
