ReadyNAS Duo - Suddenly no volumes exist

Hello, I have a ReadyNAS Duo Pro (RNDP2210-100NAS) with 2x 3TB WD Red Drives. I suddenly have no volumes and cannot access any data. 

It seems this issue arose when I updated my firmware to 6.10.x. I was having minor connection issues and hoped the firmware update would fix it, but it looks like I went way in the other direction.

I have tried rebooting the NAS and I've tried removing/replacing the drives to no avail. Also I read some threads with similar issues and were helped by SSH'ing and clearing the logs - this did not help/or I didn't do it correctly - so unfortunately I don't have much of a record anymore. (StephenB, I see you've been very helpful to others in a similar predicament, hopefully you will see this)

I currently have one drive removed for safety as this was my main backup method - I didn't expect both drives to become inop at once of course.

Any ideas are appreciated.
