ReadyNAS Duo + 3TB, how to recover the drive
Hi all, first post. I bought a second hand ReadyNAS Duo RND2000 V2 (as printed on the label on the bottom of the casing) so I can turn my PC off and still have media streaming though out my househ...
If the system is up and running with the drive, even with disk capacity displayed wrong, your previous data has already been wiped.
The Duo v1 (what you have) only supports 2TB drives maximum.
You may be able to use some recovery software to scan the disk, but the first ~4GB is lost for sure.
