Readynas Duo Failing, Should I Pull Disks?

Weird thing's happening though, there's one song on the nas disks that is no longer being recognized by any of my music players. When I try to copy it to an external hard drive, it gives me an error about not being found, and if there's another file transfer going on it stalls and I have to cancel the song transfer then click try again on the other transfer for it to continue.
At this point I'm just gonna order two new drives and a synology and start from scratch with a recent backup, there's a little too much weirdness with data going on and I can't risk corruption on the files...
