Open a support ticket with tech support. If you have had the unit longer than 90 days, open an on line ticket. When you have the case number, edit your first post and append the case number to the subject line.
Hopefully they can help you regain access to the shares. You did not perform a factory default with the "good" in the unit did you? If you did, the data may be gone.
Remember - never trust your data to any single device, be it a ReadyNAS, desktop or single hard drive. Always have important/critical data such as family photos and financial files on more than one physical device.
