ReadyNAS Duo IP address
Can't connect to new router. IP address seems to be 192.168.1.12. Is this static? Can I make it dynamic?

ReadyNAS systems by default use DHCP (dynamic) addresses. It only uses a static address if you configured it to do so.
What is the IP address range of your new router? Only the first three fields matter (192.168.0.x and 192.168.1.x are the most common ranges used).

New router IP range is 192.168.0.x

Then you must have set up the Duo to use a static address.
The simplest fix is to reset the router's IP range to 192.168.1.x. That will give you access back. You can also do an OS reinstall on the Duo (being careful not to do a factory default, which will destroy data). The OS reinstall would also reset your admin password. If you need to use the OS reinstall method for some reason, let us know what firmware your Duo is running (RAIDar will tell you). https://kb.netgear.com/20684/ReadyNAS-Downloads#raidar
IMO the best approach to manage IP addresses is to leave the clients using DHCP, and assign addresses in the router. Almost all routers have that feature, and it ensures that you won't lose access when you change to a different router. It also is easier to manage addresses if you are doing that from one interface.
