I can't help you with the part. I will warn you, though, that that type of catastrophic problem with a transistor is rarely caused by the transistor itself. It appears that whatever is attached to it was drawing too much current, quite possibly a direct short. So I urge you to do a little more troubleshooting before you replace, or at least buy two parts.
