Could be due to a variety of possible reasons.
Try clearing your web browser cache, closing your web browser then reopening Frontview
Also try a different web browser.
Try rebooting the NAS.
Also note that a Frontview is a low priority process. If your NAS is under a heavy workload at the moment try again when it is less busy.
If it still doesn't work you could:
1. do a factory default (wipes all data, settings, everything) and restore data from backup
or
2. if you prefer put your NAS in tech support mode, forward a port to port 23, let me know the WAN (Internet) I.P. and port e.g. via PM and I could take a look for something obvious.
Upload your image to e.g. imageshack.us and paste the forum code here. Not sure how many posts you need for this to work, but your current post count would be somewhere around the minimum required.
