ReadyNas Duo v1 UPS comms error
I recently acquired an MGE NOVA AVR 625 USB (EATON) UPS and the NAS keeps sending alarms every minute:
UPS event detected. (readynasduo)
UPS has been disconnected.
System log showing errors:
usb 2-2: USB disconnect, address 3
usb 2-2: new low speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 5
Health shows:
UPS 1 EATON NOVA AVR, Battery charge: 100%, 48 minutes OK
But shortly after:
UPS 1 Not present

I have read about UPS nightmares but would still apreciate any hints to make UPS automated shutdown work without gettings an email every minute.
Many thanks,

- Steve_46AspirantI have an Ultra4 Plus connected via USB cable to a Panamax MB850 battery backup and I'm getting the same "UPS Event Detected", "UPS disconnected" messages. I'm running 4.2.21. The front panel display of the UPS does not indicate anything is wrong and I'm getting no other error messages from the NAS. When I first connected the UPS the NAS detected it right away and was working fine. Last night it sent about eight of these messages one after the other.
Any comments or thoughts on solutions is appreciated. Thank you.
