ReadyNAS Duo V2 hard drive update
Hi all, I have 2 very old, reliable so far, RND2210 V2.( there is a distinct "V2" on the label... ) I just bought a couple dirt cheap 3 TB drives, I looked at the ReadyNAS hard disk compatibility...

I'm looking at:

and I chose Legacy , ReadyNAS Duo V2 because of the damn V2 on label on the bottom.
So I probably chose the wrong disks to buy based on that.
Are you certain about the WD20EFRX drive being accepted by my old device?
I already bought 4 3-TB drives based on that V2 on my label, grrrrrrr.
Hopefully they will work in one of the newer ReadyNAS models I own...

Unfortunate. There are a lot of folks who have made that mistake. Netgear clearly made a big branding mistake when they launched the Duo v2 and NV+ v2 back in 2011.
