Thanks for such a quick respone mdgm.
I will check the drive when I get it to make sure it's the v2, but that's what I've paid for from the website, so I wouldn't expect any less.
The JBOD option makes complete sence, so I will make sure I set it up that way when I get it.
Now I will just take a look at the list and work out the best drives I can get in my budget and update the thread again once I've got going :)
