i have an Apc 600 ES and witnessed the same problem. I also noticed that frontview stopped sending me alerts for some unknown reason, so I was not aware that the ready Nas had stopped auto shut down on low battery. Still have not figured out why it will not shut down, my UPS light is also green on front view. did you solve the issue?
